We are now hiring a copywriter who can think deeply, write strategically, and create messaging that resonates across cultures, backgrounds, and global audiences.

Role Summary

The Copywriter will create high-conversion copy across email, funnels, websites, social media, paid ads, and long-form content. This role requires agency experience, strong storytelling skills, and the ability to adapt messaging to different cultures, dialects, and communication styles.

You must love research, reading, learning, and understanding people.

This role is ideal for someone who sees copywriting not as content creation, but as a tool for impact.

Key Responsibilities

High-Conversion Copywriting

  • Write persuasive copy for landing pages, funnels, lead magnets, and offers

  • Develop compelling scripts for ads, videos, reels, and campaigns

  • Create website copy, sales pages, and product descriptions

  • Write email sequences, nurture flows, and launch campaigns

  • Produce copy for paid ads on Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube

  • Translate strategy into messaging that moves people to action

Email and Funnel Strategy

  • Build email marketing frameworks that support launches and long-term growth

  • Develop funnel messaging and multi-step conversion paths

  • Create segmented, personalized email campaigns

  • Review performance metrics and refine messaging accordingly

  • Understand deliverability, segmentation, and user behavior

Content Strategy and Storytelling

  • Build messaging systems and brand voice guidelines

  • Adapt messaging across different cultures, languages, dialects, and markets

  • Use storytelling to build trust and strengthen brand authority

  • Apply frameworks like StoryBrand, AIDA, PAS, and similar models

  • Repurpose content for multi-channel use without losing voice or clarity

Research and Insights

  • Conduct deep audience, industry, and competitor research

  • Understand cultural nuances, generational cues, and language variations

  • Stay informed on personal development, faith-driven leadership, and social impact trends

  • Study human behavior, history, psychology, and communication styles

  • Bring insights from your research into the messaging strategy

Collaboration and Execution

  • Work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager to align copy with campaign strategy

  • Collaborate with designers, editors, social media managers, and the wider team

  • Participate in creative meetings and messaging development sessions

  • Deliver all work with accuracy, clarity, and high attention to detail

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of professional copywriting or agency experience

  • Strong portfolio with email sequences, funnels, sales pages, ads, and scripts

  • Proven ability to write for multiple cultures, dialects, and tones

  • Deep understanding of sales psychology and buyer behavior

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new industries and communication styles

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Experience with SEO, analytics, and A/B testing (preferred)
