Position: Full-Time Marketing Assistant
Overview: Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and strategic copywriter to develop compelling, results-driven content that positions our clients as industry leaders. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-converting copy across multiple platforms, ensuring every word aligns with brand messaging, engages the audience, and drives sales.
The ideal candidate is a skilled writer, a strategic thinker, and a marketing-minded professional who knows how to turn messaging into impact.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Be Doing:
Content Creation and Copywriting
Write conversion driven copy for:
Social media content and ad campaigns
Email marketing sequences and newsletters
Website copy, sales pages, and landing pages
Blog articles, scripts, and thought leadership pieces
Develop clear and compelling messaging that aligns with each client’s unique voice and business goals
Create brand messaging guides to ensure consistency across all content
Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and lead generation
Content Strategy and Storytelling
Develop messaging strategies that position clients as the go to experts in their industries
Conduct audience research to understand pain points, desires, and buying behaviors
Use StoryBrand, AIDA, and other marketing frameworks to craft messaging that resonates and converts
Repurpose and distribute content across multiple platforms for maximum impact
Marketing and Campaign Execution
Write high performing ad copy for paid digital campaigns
Develop email marketing sequences that nurture leads and drive engagement
Support the creation of sales funnels and lead magnet content
Analyze content performance and refine messaging based on data insights
Skills and Qualifications:
3–4 years of experience in copywriting, content strategy, or brand messaging
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-converting sales copy
Ability to write with clarity, persuasion, and brand voice alignment
Familiarity with SEO best practices, email marketing, and content marketing
Understanding of marketing psychology, sales funnels, and audience engagement
Experience writing for entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and service-based brands is a plus
Strong research skills and adaptability to different industries and brand voices
Knowledge of marketing frameworks like StoryBrand, AIDA, or PAS
