We are now hiring a Digital Content Creator who understands storytelling, and the power of social media to shape perception and drive engagement to turn trends and insights into engaging Reels/TikToks.
Position: Digital Content Creator
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly creative, trend-conscious Digital Content Creator to join our fully remote team.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply connected to digital culture, understands what makes content perform well online, and can create engaging short-form videos for multiple client brands.
You will manage the full content creation process from idea generation to scripting, editing, and final delivery. If you are passionate about storytelling, visual creativity, and staying ahead of social media trends, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) for multiple client brands from concept to final edit
Research trends, audio, editing styles, and viral formats and quickly apply them to brand content
Develop creative ideas, content concepts, and scripts for different clients
Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, VN video editor, or similar tools
Add transitions, captions, sound effects, motion graphics, and on-screen text to enhance videos
Write engaging hooks, and short scripts that match each brand’s voice
Design simple supporting graphics using Canva
Review brand guidelines and ensure all content aligns with each client's tone and identity
Provide creative direction and visual style consistency across all videos
Analyze content performance and suggest improvements
Research competitors and stay updated with industry content trends
Ensure content feels premium, engaging, and aligned with each platforms best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in content marketing or a related field.
Strong experience creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, VN (VlogNow), Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
Ability to develop creative ideas, scripts, and content concepts independently
Excellent understanding of social media trends, viral formats, audio trends, and platform updates
Basic design skills in Canva (or similar tools) for simple graphics
Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual style, and brand identity
Ability to work with multiple brands across different industries
Good understanding of social media algorithms and what boosts engagement
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely
Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects at once
Ability to analyze content performance and adjust creative direction based on insights
Reliable internet connection and access to a device suitable for video editing
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle remote work with minimal supervision
