Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do as a Marketing Assistant Intern:
Research & Industry Insights
Stay on top of emerging marketing trends, industry insights, and best practices.
Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for clients and LMM.
Prepare weekly trend reports for the team.
Content Scheduling & Organization
Schedule and publish social media content for LMM and client accounts.
Maintain content calendars and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
Organize marketing assets, files, and client folders for easy access.
Outreach & Collaboration Support
Research and identify potential influencers, partners, and media contacts for collaboration.
Assist with sponsorship outreach and follow-up communications.
Support LMM’s networking and community-building efforts.
Event & Logistics Coordination
Help plan and organize events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
Assist with securing venues, vendors, and key speakers.
Organize travel arrangements, event schedules, and key contacts.
Administrative & Marketing Support
Keep ClickUp updated with assigned tasks and deadlines.
Assist in managing internal operations to ensure marketing tasks are completed.
Prepare research summaries, meeting notes, and project briefs for the CEO.
