Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Manager Intern to support our team in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. If you are passionate about social media, content strategy, analytics, and staying ahead of digital trends, this role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.

As an intern, you will assist with campaign planning, content coordination, social media execution, basic reporting, and trend research. You should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute fresh ideas that support brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing strategies across social media, email, and web.

  • Help research, identify, and apply emerging digital trends to improve brand engagement.

  • Support content creation by drafting captions, researching ideas, and coordinating assets with the creative team.

  • Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Monitor social media pages, track performance, and compile basic analytics reports.

  • Conduct competitor research and audience insights to support campaign planning.

  • Assist with community engagement by responding to comments and messages when required.

  • Help coordinate digital projects, campaigns, and weekly content calendars.

  • Work with the team to brainstorm marketing ideas and improve overall brand presence.

  • Support simple administrative tasks related to campaign organization and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (social media, content strategy, analytics).

  • Strong writing and communication skills.

  • Ability to research trends, competitors, and audience insights.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.

  • Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools (advantage).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organization.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
